TheĀ Student Scholarship Program nurtures future professionals in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), helping bridge the gap between study and real-world practice.

Selective Scholarship Packages
Butler Diaries awards eight selective scholarship packages each year, four monetary scholarships directly to training organisations, TAFEs, or universities to award on merit, and four gift packages directly to students.
$1,000 RTOs, TAFEs, or Universities Scholarship
Each year, four training organisations, tafe, or universitiesĀ will receive a $1,000 Butler Diaries Scholarship to award to one or more deserving students on merit.
RTOs, TAFEs, and Universities can:

Share the Student Scholarship Program with their learners.

Self-nominate by registering to be considered for the $1,000 cash scholarship.

Use the funds to recognise outstanding achievement, dedication, or contribution to Early Childhood Education and Care studies.
This initiative celebrates the commitment of both educators-in-training and the institutions guiding them.
Annual Student Scholarship Package
Every year, four students are awarded a Critical Reflection Bundle (or similar) ā a curated pack of professional tools to help students start their career with confidence and strong reflective practice habits.
Our Critical Reflection Bundle includes our top programming and reflection tools designed to simplify programming and critical reflection, show the cycle of planning, prompt and inspire, capture children's voices and valuable learning data, link to learning frameworks, and guide professional documentation and practice.

Open Scholarship Inclusions
All students who register for the Butler Diaries Scholarship program receive:
10% Off Student Resources
Registered students will receive 10% off our Early Childhood tools ā resources created to help navigate compliance, develop strong reflective habits, and feel supported as they step into their role as educators.
Free Training and Professional Development
All students will be granted free access to the Butler Portal, where we include tutorials, diary guides, and professional development sessions aligned with the regulations, frameworks, and course outcomes. This is a constantly evolving Training Portal that will continue to expand over time.
Support Driven Educator Network
Students can connect with thousands of professionals across Australia through our exclusive ECEC Support Network Facebook Group ā a welcoming space to share ideas, seek advice, and collaborate.
