Christmas Closure News

Here are updates regarding Christmas deliveries and closures.

  1. New Year Delivery. Place your order before the 16th of December for the highest chance of receiving your order before the New Year. We do our best however cannot guarantee delivery before the New Year due to order queues and Australia Post shipping timeframes. Place your order as early as possible for delivery before the New Year.
  2. School Closures. Do you close during school holidays? Place your order so you don't miss out on stock and send us an email with your closure dates. We will hold your order for you until you return. Please note: If your order is shipped and your School or Service is closed, we cannot guarantee your order will not be left and potentially stolen or damaged prior to your return.
  3. Christmas / New Year Closure. Butler Diaries is taking a well-earned break from a busy year and is closing on the 20th of December and will be back on the 6th of January. We will be checking our email periodically during this time but please expect it may take us a few days to get back to you. Orders placed after the 16th of December will likely not be sent until our Return in the New Year.
  4. Deliveries Timeframes. Please be aware due to the busy season it may take longer than 1-3 business days for us to ship out your order. We also expect extended delivery times when we return on January the 6th due to the Christmas Order Queue. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
